Desperate Measures

An urgent call from longtime friend Molly Keegan brings Nancy to Arlington, Virginia. Molly's father, a top scientist, has suddenly vanished. Meanwhile, the Hardys have just flown in from Florida to talk to an official with the Consumer Product Safety Commission--who is seen with Mr. Keegan just before she's shot.
